Our leads contain information about newly registered businesses including:

• Business name (as registered with the state)
• Registered agent name
• Principal and mailing addresses
• Filing date and entity type
• Phone numbers (when available from GBP or public websites)
• Websites (when available from GBP or public web sources)
• Email addresses (when available from public websites)

1.2 Data Sources

All data comes from publicly available sources:

• Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz): Business registration records
• Google Business Profiles: Phone numbers and websites (when available)
• Public websites: Email addresses and additional contact info (when available)

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the lead data for:

• ✅ B2B sales outreach (phone calls, emails, direct mail)
• ✅ Marketing services to businesses
• ✅ Market research and analysis
• ✅ Building prospect lists for your sales team
• ✅ CRM enrichment for business contacts

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the lead data for:

• ❌ Reselling or redistributing to third parties
• ❌ Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• ❌ Harassment or excessive contact attempts
• ❌ Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• ❌ Any illegal purpose
• ❌ Automated scraping beyond your subscription
• ❌ Building competing data products

4. No Guarantees

4.1 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is correct, complete, or current. Business information changes frequently.

4.2 Conversion Rates

We make no guarantees about conversion rates, response rates, or sales outcomes. These leads are newly registered businesses — some will become customers, many will not. Success depends on your sales process.

4.3 Contact Availability

Not every lead will have a phone number, email, or website. Data availability varies based on whether the business has established an online presence.

5. Your Responsibilities

5.1 Compliance

You are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state laws)
• Honoring opt-out and do-not-call requests
• Maintaining accurate records of your communications
• Training your team on proper use of the data

5.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FloridaLeads against any claims arising from your misuse of the lead data.

6. Data Retention

Leads remain in your Google Sheet until you delete them. We do not automatically remove historical leads. You are responsible for managing your data retention.
