Refund Policy

1. Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee of $299 is non-refundable. This fee covers account configuration, Google Sheet creation, vertical and geography setup, and initial enrichment runs.

2. Monthly Subscription

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel:

  • You retain access until the end of your current paid period
  • Lead delivery continues until your subscription expires
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial months

2.2 Refund Eligibility

We may issue a prorated refund of your monthly subscription if you cancel within 7 days of your subscription start or renewal AND:

  • You have received fewer than 10% of your monthly lead allocation
  • You contact us directly at support@floridaleads.com
  • This is your first refund request

2.3 No Refunds For

  • Leads already delivered (regardless of quality perception)
  • Unused leads at the end of your billing cycle
  • Service downtime of less than 48 hours
  • Cancellation requests made after 7 days
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

3. Trial Accounts

Free trial accounts involve no payment and therefore no refunds. Trial access is limited and cannot be extended.

4. Disputes

If you believe you deserve a refund that doesn't meet the above criteria, please contact us at support@floridaleads.com. We review disputes on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination. Please contact our support team before disputing charges with your bank.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.
