1. Service Description

FloridaLeads ("we", "us", "our") provides a subscription-based lead delivery service. We aggregate publicly available business registration data from the Florida Division of Corporations and enrich it with contact channels from public sources when available.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • A one-time setup fee is charged at the start of your subscription
  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal.

2.3 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgraded features are available immediately upon payment.

3. Lead Data

3.1 Data Sources

Lead data is compiled from publicly available sources including Florida state business registrations, Google Business Profiles, and public web sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any data, and contact availability varies by business.

3.2 Data Usage

You agree to use the lead data only for:

  • Legitimate business-to-business outreach
  • Marketing services to businesses
  • Internal business development purposes

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the lead data
  • Use leads for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes
  • Harass or send excessive communications to leads
  • Scrape or systematically download data beyond your subscription limits

4. Lead Volume and Delivery

  • Monthly lead limits are as specified in your plan
  • Unused leads do not roll over to the next month
  • We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads with phone/email
  • Delivery timing may vary; typically leads are updated daily by 8 AM ET

5. Exclusivity (Elite Plans)

Elite plan exclusivity applies only to your specified territory and category. We will not deliver leads from your locked ZIP codes/counties in your vertical to other Elite customers. Basic and Pro customers may receive overlapping leads.

6. Limitation of Liability

FloridaLeads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Inaccurate or outdated lead information
  • Your success or failure in converting leads
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or data delivery delays

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months of service.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your access to lead data will be revoked.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
